As the newest member of our team at Wink, Deanna brings over five years of experience in the field of eyecare, serving as the Client Service Representative. Her expertise in understanding the needs of our customers results in a seamless and enjoyable experience which begins when the client calls for an appointment.
Deanna’s breadth and depth of experience in the field as well as her commitment to service excellence makes her a valuable member of our team. Her ability to train first time wearers creates a stress free and smooth transition to contact lenses for our patients. She is highly knowledgeable in insurance coverage and claims management which enhances the unique support provided to our patients.
Deanna also serves as the business marketing subject matter expert, responsible for managing social media campaigns and all aspects of product display and communications.
She is committed to continuous learning and is currently studying for her Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human at the University of Maryland.
