It is top notch and efficient on the technological side (eye exam expertise; both the equipment and Dr. Cohen's work), fantastic professional Customer Service (thank you, Amy!) and their amazing frame selection and time taken to create my new glasses and my upcoming contact lens trial program.
This is not a "Discount"-type eyewear shop, so don't go expecting cheap levels of pricing (or low-end service either - they can and WILL help you).
Highly recommended, and I will never go anywhere else. Ever. I care - a LOT - about my eyes and about quality eyewear that will LAST, plus I'm admittedly really picky. 5 Stars!
